Coordinate Service work done at site and ensure it complies with the company and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all on-site service activities related to automation systems, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Troubleshoot and support field teams on automation-related issues (PLC, DCS, SCADA, control systems).
Use ERP systems (SAP) for service order handling, PR/PO creation, material requests, service entry creation, and invoicing support.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service job execution, providing timely updates and professional communication.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
