Job Responsibilities :-
* Generate room, banquet, and event sales through corporate, travel agent, and direct client accounts
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize hotel revenue
* Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
* Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rooms, conferences, and banquets
* Coordinate with front office, reservations, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
* Handle corporate and group bookings from inquiry to contract confirmation
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
* Ensure accurate client data entry and follow-up using CRM systems
* Assist in developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies
* Maintain brand standards and uphold the hotel’s image at all times
