Need a HR Manager and the HR department


Job Description

The HR Manager Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR Manager and the HR department. This role ensures smooth HR operations, assists in implementing HR policies, recruitment processes, employee engagement activities, and maintains accurate employee records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills to support both management and employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee development programs, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and workplace events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and tracking leave, attendance, and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred (1–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional approach.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or related roles.
  • Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records management, and HR reporting.
  • Experience supporting HR managers and handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
