We are urgently hiring a qualified Construction Document Controller for our project in Ras Laffan. The candidate will handle all project documentation, ensure proper filing, maintain document registers, and support the project team with timely document control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, organize, and update project documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.

Register and track all incoming and outgoing documents.

Ensure document version control and proper coding.

Distribute documents to relevant departments and maintain accurate logs.

Ensure compliance with project standards and document control procedures.

Prepare and assist during audits, project reviews, and submissions.

Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all project files.

Experience:

Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in document control, (preferably in construction, engineering, or oil & gas.IS A PLUS)

Experience working in Ras Laffan or similar industrial sites is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Procore.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and record- keeping skills.

Other Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must be available to join immediately.

Candidates with valid QID/Transferable visa preferred.
