Job Overview:
Quality Doha Rent a Car is seeking reliable and professional Car Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of vehicles to customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive rental vehicles to various locations as per customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle inspections, explanations, and handover procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental vehicles.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or service issues promptly to management.
• Assist in the picking up and dropping off of clients to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Qatari driving license (Light Vehicle).
• Ability to speak English and Arabic
• Valid QID
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good physical fitness to handle vehicle maintenance as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with different makes and models of vehicles.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle issues.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position with flexible shifts.
• Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
