We are seeking a Storekeeper with hands-on experience handling technological equipment (ELV, IT, networking).
Key Responsibilities
- Receive goods and verify against PO/invoice; inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Record all inventory transactions (incoming, outgoing, stocktaking).
- Organize and store materials to ensure accessibility and proper space utilization.
- Monitor stock levels, quantities, serial numbers, and specifications.
- Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requests and specifications.
- Report stock variances, damages, or issues to management.
- Track expiry items and notify management for replenishment.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and suppliers for returns, replacements, or repairs.
Requirements
- Arabic nationals preferred, but not limited.
- 3–4 years of experience handling technological equipment (ELV, IT, networking).
- Familiarity with ERP /CRM softwares
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
