We are looking to hire a motivated and reliable Tele Sales & Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized, and able to handle both sales calls and basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound telesales calls to prospective customers
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain relationships
- Generate leads and support sales growth
- Handle basic administrative work such as data entry, documentation, and reports
- Coordinate with management regarding sales activities and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or administration is preferred
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be currently in Qatar with transferable visa
