Administration Executive to join our team


Job Description

We are looking to hire a motivated and reliable Tele Sales & Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized, and able to handle both sales calls and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound telesales calls to prospective customers
  • Follow up with existing customers and maintain relationships
  • Generate leads and support sales growth
  • Handle basic administrative work such as data entry, documentation, and reports
  • Coordinate with management regarding sales activities and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or administration is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be currently in Qatar with transferable visa
