Seeking an Operational & Event Coordinator for an Event Company
Job Description:
1. Handle daily administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, documentation, filing, aheets, meetings...)
2. Coordinate event logistics before, during, and after events
3. Communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and team members
4. Assist in event planning, timelines, and operational checklists
5. Manage event-related data and reports
6. Support on-site event operations when required
7. Ensure smooth coordination between operation and all other departments
