This position is suited for a professional who has worked locally in multiple automotive spare parts shops and understands the demands of a fast-paced counter sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and accurately identify required spare parts
- Interpret vehicle details, part numbers, and customer requirements with precision
- Prepare clear quotations, invoices, and counter sales transactions
- Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Coordinate with the store and warehouse team to ensure parts availability and timely supply
- Take ownership of counter sales operations from inquiry to final delivery
- Address customer questions or issues calmly and professionally, taking initiative to resolve concerns
- Recommend correct and suitable parts honestly, including alternatives where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory movements, and documentation
- Uphold company policies, quality standards, and customer service expectations
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive spare parts counter sales
- Local experience required, preferably across multiple spare parts shops
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, both genuine and aftermarket
- Ability to identify parts using part numbers, catalogs, and vehicle information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
