The ideal candidate understands the real estate industry and knows how to create engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences and supports business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Plan, shoot, and edit real estate-focused videos, reels, and images
- Develop content for property listings, market updates, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Write clear, professional captions aligned with company voice and marketing goals
- Monitor trends and best practices within social media and real estate marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support listings and campaigns
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand identity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating social media content for real estate
- Strong video editing and content creation skills
- Understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Minimum Experience Required:
- 2+ years of social media content creation experience within the real estate industry
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Must have a strong knowledge and passionate on photography and videography
