Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and important company documents.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and schedule coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat.
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and support management when required.
  • Use MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic speakers preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
