Job Summary:
Nabta Trading is looking for an organized and reliable Office Administrator / Sales Coordinator to manage office documentation, quotations, invoices, and client coordination for our landscaping and greenery projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and documents
- Manage office paperwork and filing
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Maintain records and basic reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration or coordination
- Good communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of MS Office & quotations preparation
- English required
