We are looking for a Secretary Cum Document Controller to join our organization. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and document control responsibilities efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company documents (hard copy and electronic).
- Control document versions, filing, archiving, and retrieval.
- Prepare letters, reports, emails, and official correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and ensure proper distribution.
- Maintain records, logs, and registers as required.
- Coordinate with site staff, management, and external parties.
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support.
- Ensure confidentiality of company documents and information.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Secretary / Document Controller (FM, soft services, or construction sector preferred).
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
