We are seeking a qualified HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team for a multi-storey administrative office tower. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in operating and maintaining centralized HVAC systems in large commercial buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems within the office tower.
- Operation and maintenance of Cooling Towers.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose faults, and ensure efficient operation.
- Operate and maintain:
- Air-cooled chillers (YORK, SKM – screw compressors)
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Operate and monitor BMS systems and troubleshoot related issues.
- Troubleshoot control panels and PCB boards (an added advantage).
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards within the building.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance for commercial buildings or office towers.
- Good knowledge of ASHRAE standards and guidelines.
- Experience in BMS operation and monitoring.
- Good computer skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
