We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are enthusiastic about expanding telecom services in the B2B2C market. The successful candidate will possess strong sales expertise and excel at building enduring client partnerships with enterprise and government organizations.
Primary Duties:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to secure new clients and grow current business relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, fostering strong and sustained professional connections
- Analyze customer requirements and propose customized telecom solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform ongoing market analysis to monitor industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- Present persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and product showcases
- Meet or surpass designated sales objectives and performance metrics
- Handle contract negotiations within established company pricing and policy frameworks
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer communications, and sales pipeline through CRM systems
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, particularly with enterprise or government clients
- Valid Qatar ID with legal work authorization in Qatar
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Preferred candidate age: below 40 years
