We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact during payment, the Cashier plays a key role in ensuring a smooth guest experience by handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally at the cashier counter

Handle all customer payments including cash, credit cards, and digital payments

Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed

Accurately operate the POS system and maintain daily transaction records

Ensure the cash counter is clean, organized, and presentable

Collaborate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations

Respond to basic customer inquiries and assist in resolving payment-related concerns

Assist with end-of-shift cash reconciliation and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role, preferably in F&B or hospitality

Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting procedures

Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Fluency in English is required.
