Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact during payment, the Cashier plays a key role in ensuring a smooth guest experience by handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at the cashier counter
• Handle all customer payments including cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed
• Accurately operate the POS system and maintain daily transaction records
• Ensure the cash counter is clean, organized, and presentable
• Collaborate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and assist in resolving payment-related concerns
• Assist with end-of-shift cash reconciliation and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting procedures
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented
• Fluency in English is required.
