Job Description

A reputed company in Qatar is seeking a proactive and detail- oriented Admin Officer to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be well- organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


Manage day- to- day administrative and office activities


Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping


Coordinate with staff, customers, vendors, and management


Assist with HR, logistics, and basic accounts coordination


Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company procedures


Requirements


Good communication and organizational skills


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and documentation)


Transferable visa required


Freshers are welcome to apply


Male candidates preferred


Candidates from Kerala or Sri Lanka are preferred


Salary & Benefits


Basic Salary: QAR 1,800
