Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property leasing, renewals, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections.
- Manage property documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with government entities and service contractors.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Valid driving license preferred.
