Accountant / Sales & Job Order Coordinator


Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Accountant who can also support our daily operations by handling sales orders, creating new job orders, and learning our business quickly.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for someone who understands accounting fundamentals, can manage order processing accurately, and is eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and process sales orders accurately and on time

Prepare and create new job orders based on customer requirements

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments

Monitor transactions and ensure data is entered correctly

Assist with invoicing, reporting, and other accounting tasks

Learn company products, services, and internal processes quickly

Support day-to-day administrative and finance-related work

Requirements

Previous experience in accounting, order processing, or a similar role

Good knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to learn fast and understand business operations quickly

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
