Supervise and coordinate rigging activities at site
Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
Lead and guide rigging teams to achieve project objectives
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
Prepare and maintain daily site reports
Coordinate with site engineers and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Steel industry
Strong hands-on rigging experience
Valid Third-Party Rigger Certificate (mandatory)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Ability to prepare site reports and documentation
Strong leadership and team management skills.
