Proofz Trading & Contracting is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting company products and services in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet clients and understand their technical and commercial needs
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in GCC (trading or contracting sector preferred)
- Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of Qatar market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Candidates familiar with Arab market and business culture are preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: QAR 3,500 – 6,500 per month (based on experience)
- Salary can be discussed during the interview
- Commission and incentives based on performance
