Requirements:

• Can speak TAGALOG language.
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or Receptionist (mall experience is an advantage).
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• A customer-oriented and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.
• Address customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
