Our chocolate Showroom is a renowned chocolatier in Doha, offering premium handmade chocolates. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Showroom Incharge to oversee operations and lead our showroom team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Lead and train showroom staff, ensuring excellent service.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.
• Meet sales targets and drive promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and manage cash handling.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in retail or customer service, preferably in luxury or food retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for chocolates and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Inventory management is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
