Requirements:
Must have proven experience in infrastructure pipeline works and construction projects
UPDA Certificate is an advantage
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the GCC in a similar role
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and construction materials
Key Responsibilities:
Request quotations (RFQ) from multiple suppliers and vendors
Evaluate supplier offers and prepare technical & commercial comparisons
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with project requirements
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
Ensure procurement activities remain within the approved project budget
Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams for smooth procurement operations
Perform other related duties as assigned
