Job Overview
We are hiring a Document Controller to manage project documentation and ensure smooth flow of technical and administrative records for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and archive project documents and records
Ensure all documents comply with project standards and deadlines
Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and site teams for document updates
Track document revisions and ensure version control
Support audits and reporting processes
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years in document control in construction projects
Preferred Skills
Document control systems experience
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
