We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Recruiter to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment within Qatar, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage candidate sourcing and coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various manpower requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Assist in mobilization and documentation processes
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities
• Support recruitment activities for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years recruitment experience in Qatar
• Recruitment agency experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC (transferable sponsorship)
• Immediate joining preferred
