Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. with leadership role that blends technical knowledge, project management, and on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Define scope, timelines, and budgets
Develop construction schedules and work plan
Site Management Supervise daily construction activities
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
Team Coordination Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor crews
Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients
Budget & Cost Control Monitor expenses and keep the project within budget
Approve materials and manage procurement
Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Conduct inspections and risk assessments
Problem Solving Handle delays, design changes, or unexpected site issues
