We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in fitout projects and building maintenance to oversee construction, renovation, and facility upkeep activities. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage interior fitout works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing.

Plan and execute building maintenance activities (civil works, repairs, refurbishment).

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project execution.

Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material requirements.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations and safety standards.

Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and facilities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Support procurement and material approvals for civil and fitout works.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitout and building maintenance projects.

Strong knowledge of interior fitout materials and methods.

Experience in facility maintenance and repair works.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in GCC countries, especially Qatar.

Valid Qatar Driving License.

Knowledge of MEP coordination is an added advantage.
