Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom operations and daily activities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability
• Handle customer queries and ensure service excellence
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in any discipline
• 5–9 years of experience in retail/showroom management
• Experience in hypermarket or large retail preferred
