We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Administrator to manage daily administrative operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in handling accommodation and transportation logistics for large-scale project teams of up to 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site accommodation facilities, ensuring comfort and compliance with company standards
Coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling and fleet management for site personnel
Maintain accurate records of employee accommodation and transportation arrangements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth site operations
Handle administrative documentation, reporting, and site correspondence
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies on-site
Support HR and operations teams with onboarding and mobilization of staff
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar role
Proven experience managing accommodation and transportation for large project teams (up to 300 employees)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, oil & gas, or large infrastructure projects
Knowledge of local regulations related to accommodation and transport
