Job Description

We are a leading company specializing in coffee and ice cream ingredients distribution, dedicated to delivering the finest products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Female Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha.


Job Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Handle by phone calls from clients and respond to inquiries professionally.

Prepare and manage quotations for clients by phone/written and coordinate with the sales team.

Assist with ordering processes by coordinating with suppliers.

Maintain accurate stock records

Perform regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and stock availability.

Generate and manage invoices, reports, and documentation to support the sales process.

Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.

Support the team in streamlining office procedures and improving overall workflow.

Requirements:


Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Proven minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling the following areas:

- Quotations preparation and client communication

- Ordering and supplier coordination

- Stock record management

- Inventory control and reporting


Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with office equipment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Arabic speaking is a plus.

Residency in Doha is mandatory; candidates must be available to join upon request.
