Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
• Handle phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
• Maintain patient records and reception area organization
• Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
? Filipino nationality preferred
? With experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or medical center setting
? Good communication skills in English
? Presentable, professional, and organized
? Knowledge in MS Office and administrative tasks
? Can work in a fast-paced environment
