We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join in Facility Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement activities for facility management operations
Source suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
Purchase materials, equipment, and maintenance-related items
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase orders
Monitor stock availability and prevent material shortages
Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Support operational teams with urgent procurement requirements
Requirements
3–4 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in Facility Management
Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple purchases and urgent requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in facility management procurement operations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and cost management skills
