We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join in Facility Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement activities for facility management operations
- Source suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
- Purchase materials, equipment, and maintenance-related items
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase orders
- Monitor stock availability and prevent material shortages
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Support operational teams with urgent procurement requirements
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in Facility Management
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple purchases and urgent requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in facility management procurement operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and cost management skills
