Job Opening! Operations Planner

Qatar Factory - NAFFCO is seeking a skilled Operations Planner to strengthen our Projects & Maintenance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower planning related to maintenance operations
Strong background in resource allocation, scheduling, and workforce deployment
Knowledge in planning software tools (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manpower plans for maintenance projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workforce utilization
Monitor and adjust schedules to meet operational requirements
Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance and performance tracking
