Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Supervisors to oversee customer service operations, handle customer concerns, and ensure excellent service standards across our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily customer service operations
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
Support and guide customer service staff
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain reports and follow company procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
3–4 years experience in customer service supervision
Retail or hypermarket experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle customer issues professionally
Transferable Visa preferred
