Work Schedule: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM (6 Days a Week)
Leaders Training Centre Qatar is currently looking for an experienced PRO / Government Relations Officer to support visa processing, employee documentation, and government coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process employment visas, QID applications, renewals, and cancellations
Coordinate with relevant government departments and ministries
Support onboarding and employee documentation procedures
Maintain company and employee legal records
Handle document attestation and compliance-related procedures
Monitor renewals and ensure timely submission of official documents
Coordinate with HR and Administration departments regarding employee processing
Requirements:
Previous PRO or Government Relations experience in Qatar
Knowledge of Qatar labor and immigration procedures
Familiarity with Metrash and MOI systems
Arabic and English communication skills preferred
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to handle documentation professionally and independently
Active and alert personality with strong coordination abilities
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in education, training, or service-sector companies.
