Experience:
Minimum 13 years of experience in contract management within construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital projects.
Proven experience managing FIDIC-based contracts or similar contract frameworks.
Hands-on experience in tendering, procurement support, claims management, and variation control.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Contract drafting, review, and administration.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract frameworks.
Tendering and procurement processes.
Claims, disputes, and variation management.
Commercial and financial analysis.
Contract management systems and project management tools.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Mandatory Criteria:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling multiple contracts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of contractual risk management and dispute resolution.
