Operation Specialist


Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support and improve our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, maintaining records, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor and improve operational processes and procedures.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.

Assist in inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle administrative tasks related to operations.

Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.

Support management with data analysis and process improvements.


Requirements:


Proven experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
