We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Welcome patients and visitors professionally
? Manage appointments and patient bookings
? Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
? Handle patient registration and maintain records
? Process payments and issue invoices/receipts
? Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
? Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
? Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
? Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and clinic systems)
? Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
? Presentable, professional, and reliable
