Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating projects, bids, or presales activities? We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to support our Presales Engineering team and ensure smooth execution of opportunities and submissions.
???? Key Responsibilities:
? Track opportunities, submissions, and deadlines
? Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and OEMs
? Schedule meetings, bid reviews, and workshops
? Maintain Odoo CRM records and documentation
? Prepare weekly reports and pipeline updates
???? Requirements:
? 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Bid Coordination, PMO, Presales Support, IT, Telecom, or System Integration environments
? Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
? Experience with Odoo or similar CRM systems
? Strong Excel, reporting, and tracking skills
? Excellent communication and coordination abilities
???? Preferred:
? CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation Certification
? Basic IT knowledge (CCNA-level awareness is a plus)
