Sales & Marketing Officer – Luxury Furniture Showroom

Gallery Five Home L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officer to join our luxury furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate is passionate about premium furniture, sales excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and professional recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and implement marketing activities to promote showroom products and services.
• Monitor market trends and prepare sales and performance reports.
• Support daily showroom operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
