Need a Commission-Based Sales Executive / Business Development Executive


Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing deals while earning attractive commissions based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.

Present company products/services to clients and understand their business requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

Prepare sales proposals and follow up with potential clients.

Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Provide market feedback and customer insights to the management team.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage the sales process.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Existing client network or industry contacts will be an advantage.

Experience in B2B sales is preferred.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary.
