looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative in our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office and store operations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Manage day-to-day office operations and coordinate store activities.
Maintain records, documents, inventory, and administrative files.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
Follow up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or a similar role.
Experience in quotation preparation is mandatory.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and general office procedures.
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
