Office Admin Required – Tamimi Projects
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and correspondence
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with departments and support management
Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Assist with basic HR/payroll documentation as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in an admin/office role (Qatar experience preferred)
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid QID with transferable visa/NOC (if applicable)
