We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating property sales and rental business, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the Qatar real estate market.
Salary Package: QAR 2,500 per month plus commission and other benefits as per company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and property portals
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales and rental targets
Update and manage CRM systems and property listings
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and listings
Ensure compliance with Qatar real estate rules and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate (Qatar/GCC preferred)
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
Access to a personal vehicle (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English
Arabic language skills will be an advantage
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
Knowledge of Qatar real estate market
Qatar Real Estate Broker License is a strong advantage
