Job Vacancy – Accountant cum Admin
Position: Accountant cum Admin
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Maintain employee records and support HR administration.
- Coordinate office administration and document management.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in office administration is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tax and basic financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
