Job Vacancy – Accountant cum Admin

Position: Accountant cum Admin

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR administration.
  • Coordinate office administration and document management.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and general administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in office administration is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Tax and basic financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
