We are looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator – Hard Services / MEP to join our team.

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Hard Services / MEP / Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance operations
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and supervise technical teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily Hard Services and MEP operations
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and client requests
• Monitor technician performance and site activities
• Maintain HSE standards and ensure service quality
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with clients
