Position: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess strong knowledge of email communication and office software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare and send professional quotations, proposals, and marketing emails.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Update and maintain customer databases and marketing records.
Prepare marketing reports and sales activity updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of professional email communication and business correspondence.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the Exhibition, advertising, events, or interior fit-out industry is preferred.
Ability to prepare professional proposals and client presentations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
